Shanghai Fashion Center (SFC), the largest new-rising Outlets in China, is located in Fengjing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai. It occupies an area of 101 acres with more than 1.6 Billion RMB investment. The first stage of the project has a total building area of 450,000 m2, which includes 300,000 m2 for the use of commercial offices and 70,000 m2 for stores with 4,403 stores in all. All the buildings have been put into use.
